I made Chicken Julienne with mushrooms and cheese crust today. It turned out to be simply delicious! True, I made a small adjustment... I don’t have forms like the author, I used aluminum ones. Anticipating the julienne sticking to the walls and bottom, I made “bags” from lavash. It turned out simply amazing! Just like julienne roses
