Juicy lamb egg shashlik on the grill
Spicy and unusual kebab! A real men's delicacy! It's very easy to surprise your friends and family! Prepare an incredibly tasty and tender kebab from lamb eggs!
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 2 hr
STEP 1
Make a cut along the middle of the lamb eggs (where the vein goes) and remove the skin.
STEP 2
Wash lamb eggs.
STEP 3
Pour in milk and let stand for about 1 hour.
STEP 4
After an hour, drain in a colander, let the liquid drain, and cut the eggs into two parts crosswise. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the fat tail into slices and thread them onto a skewer alternately with pieces of eggs.
STEP 5
Fry on the grill until done.
