Having tried panko crackers once, now I can’t stop eating them. Every time I try new dishes. This crumb crumble can't compare to our bread crumbs, it's much lighter, airier and crispier. This time I used the recipe from the website and made tonkatsu. Guessing that it was very tasty, I immediately prepared a double portion. When cooking I used C2 category chicken eggs. Despite the small size of the eggs, in the end the egg mass still remained. I also needed a little less breadcrumbs, as well as flour. The dish turned out very tasty. I also cooked chicken fillet in the same breading, and I liked it even more. I also like to cut the pieces of meat thinner so that when beating with a hammer the meat will show through. Then the thin meat turns out very crispy!!!
