STEP 1
How to very simply and quickly prepare jam from fresh seasonal apples with sugar, which, without any doubt, will appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products and remove the cores of all apples to prepare apple jam for the winter.
STEP 2
To prepare the jam, cut three kilograms of fresh apples without cores in half and remove the hard apple wings with a knife.
STEP 3
Cut the apple halves into small random pieces, then take a large enamel bowl and place the chopped apples in it.
STEP 4
Place a bowl of apples on the stove that is turned on and pour one hundred milliliters of water into it, then cover the top with a lid and cook the apples at medium heat on the stove; the cooking time depends on the type of apple and takes about one hour.
STEP 5
After fifty minutes, remove the bowl of boiled apples from the stove, then take an immersion blender and grind the apples until smooth. You can use a meat grinder.
STEP 6
Place the bowl with the apple mixture on the stove, then stir and continue boiling the apples for twenty to thirty minutes at medium stove temperature.
STEP 7
After a while, pour one kilogram of sugar into a bowl with the apple mixture, then mix the apple mixture with the sugar and cook for another twenty minutes on medium heat on the stove.
STEP 8
Over time, the sugar completely dissolved and the prepared jam changed its color and consistency.
STEP 9
Pre-prepare and sterilize suitable jars, then place the prepared hot apple jam into the jars and fill them to the very top.
STEP 10
Close the jars filled with apple jam very tightly with sterile lids, which must first be washed and soaked in boiling water.
STEP 11
Turn over the lidded jars of jam and check for leaks, then cover them with a warm blanket or rug until they cool completely.
