STEP 1

You need to mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps left of the starch, otherwise you won’t be able to get rid of them in the finished chocolate. To make sure the mixture is homogeneous, it is better to strain it through a fine sieve.
STEP 6
Pour the milk and starch into the chocolate in a thin stream, stirring constantly. You need to stir quickly enough so that no lumps appear. Stir the mixture until the two types of milk are completely combined.
STEP 7
Add sugar, vanillin, ground cinnamon and salt to the saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook the chocolate over low heat until it begins to thicken.
STEP 8
Pour the finished chocolate into cups and serve. Bon appetit!
