Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Boil the potatoes in their skins until half cooked (10 minutes in boiling water). Cool, peel and grate. Also grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 2

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the meat in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add the onions and mushrooms and fry well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add flour, mix and then add sour cream and milk. Milk and flour can be replaced with 20% cream. Bring until thickened and turn off. Transfer the meat and mushrooms to a baking dish.
STEP 3

Lay out the potatoes. Press a little and add some salt

Then cheese. Butter as desired. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
