Great sandwiches. I know another option for a hot snack - a hot dog with crab sticks.

At the weekend I made hot sandwiches. I found the recipe in advance) I specially bought a package of crab sticks; I wanted to try making the filling with them. I used the entire pack (200g). It took me three eggs for this amount. I took a small thin bar. I also first put the filling on all the pieces and then fried them. The process is quick, so it’s convenient to prepare everything in advance. The question arose, how to turn the sandwich onto the frying pan with the filling facing down so that it does not fall? After the second sandwich I got used to it. I placed the bread on the frying pan edgewise and quickly turned it down with the spread. And it turned over perfectly on the reverse side. I fried it in a non-stick frying pan. The sandwiches are very tasty! We ate everything at once. The loaf pieces are toasted, golden brown and crispy. The filling is also wonderful. My daughter doesn’t even recognize crab sticks, but here she devoured a couple of sandwiches at once) And I liked the fried cheese the most) Thanks for the recipe!

Hot sandwiches are very unusual in taste)) when you’re already tired of all the usual breakfasts and don’t know how to please your family, they really help out)) I accidentally came across this recipe and realized that there was just half a pack of leftover sticks in the freezer! I didn’t regret it, it was very tasty! The only thing is that I decided to bake them in the oven so that they were less fatty and sprinkled them with fresh dill when serving for breakfast) I like it better when the greens are not thermally treated!)
