STEP 1
How to quite simply and quickly prepare a fragrant “Honey Cake” with soft sour cream, which is sure to please many for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for making homemade pastries from the perfect dough with sour cream cream.
STEP 2
To prepare the dough, take a saucepan into which you then place one hundred grams of honey and place it on the stove, then stirring, bring the honey to a boil at medium temperature on the stove and heat it for one minute.
STEP 3
Remove the saucepan from the stove, then pour one teaspoon of soda into it and stir.
STEP 4
Place the saucepan back on the stove, then stir constantly and prepare the honey mixture at low stove temperature.
STEP 5
Remove the saucepan from the stove and put one hundred and twenty grams of butter into it.
STEP 6
Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan until the honey mixture is homogeneous and let it cool a little time.
STEP 7
Break four chicken eggs into a large bowl, then pour a pinch of salt into it and beat with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 8
Pour one hundred and twenty grams of sugar into a bowl with the egg mixture in two additions and stir.
STEP 9
Continue beating all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until a fluffy white mass forms.

Place two tablespoons of the egg mass with sugar in a saucepan with the honey mixture and stir, then pour the prepared mixture in a thin stream into a large bowl with the egg mass and gently mix all the ingredients while maintaining the fluffiness.
STEP 11
Take a fine sieve and sift two hundred and twenty grams of premium wheat flour into a bowl with a liquid base, then mix all the ingredients.
STEP 12
Continue mixing all the ingredients in the bowl together until you obtain the desired consistency of a homogeneous dough.
STEP 13
Place baking paper on two baking sheets and draw circles with a diameter of eighteen centimeters on them, then place two tablespoons of dough on them and distribute it in an even layer.
STEP 14
Place the baking sheets in an oven preheated to one hundred and sixty degrees and bake the cakes for five minutes, after which bake the remaining cakes in the same way, of which there are twelve in total.
STEP 15
We start preparing the cream and put five hundred grams of 25% sour cream at room temperature into a deep bowl, then pour two tablespoons of powdered sugar into it and beat with a mixer for three minutes until smooth.
STEP 16
Take a suitable mold and cover it with an acetate ribbon, then place ten cake layers into it one at a time, alternating them with an even layer of cream, then put the assembled cake in the refrigerator for one hour.
STEP 17
Grind the two cake layers to crumbs using a blender, or if you don’t have one, use a fine grater.
STEP 18
After some time, release the cake from the mold, then apply sour cream to the top and sides of the cake in an even layer.
STEP 19
Spread the crumbs on top and sides of the cake in an even layer, then place the prepared cake in the refrigerator for further soaking.
