Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all necessary products.
STEP 2

Place butter, flour and a pinch of salt into a blender bowl. Beat everything into crumbs.
STEP 3

Add sour cream, chicken egg, powdered sugar and mix again into a homogeneous mass.
STEP 4

Place the finished dough on the table and shape into a sausage shape. Divide it into 4 parts, make one a little larger, the rest the same.
STEP 5

Transfer the blanks into a bag and put them in the refrigerator to harden for 30-60 minutes.
STEP 6

Prepare the nut mixture. Pour powdered sugar into the roasted chopped nuts and mix everything.
STEP 7

Let's prepare the ganache. Pour cocoa, sugar and butter into a ladle. Place on the fire and heat until the butter, sugar and cocoa dissolve.
STEP 8

Pour milk into the resulting mixture. Bring it to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook until desired thickness.
STEP 9

Transfer the finished ganache to another bowl and let it cool.
STEP 10

Remove from the refrigerator, roll out to the desired diameter and place the largest piece of dough into the mold first.
STEP 11

Place 2 tablespoons of jam and smooth over the entire surface of the dough.
STEP 12

Sprinkle chopped nuts and powdered sugar onto the jam. Roll out another piece of dough, place it in the mold and repeat this twice. Just three layers.
STEP 13

On the last layer, make several punctures with a fork, fold the edges and make a pattern with a fork.
STEP 14

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for baking for 25-30 minutes. Until golden brown.
STEP 15

Allow the finished pie to cool. Cover with fondant.
STEP 16

Sprinkle with nut crumbs.
STEP 17

Cut into portions and serve with tea. Happy tea party everyone!!!
