I found a recipe for homemade chocolate shortbread cookies on the website. I have baked them more than once, I really love these delicious cookies. Any shortbread dough must be kneaded quickly and preferably with minimal hands. Otherwise, the dough will tighten and the cookies will become tough. Therefore, I added all the ingredients one by one and mixed with a spoon. It took me a couple of spoons more flour. And I replaced some of the cocoa powder with chocolate containing 90% cocoa. I advise you to cool the dough, then cracks will definitely appear. Divide the dough into pieces of 20 g, roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. I prefer finely ground powder, it makes the cookies look more elegant. I got 31 cookies. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°. At first the cookies are soft, but after just 10 minutes the crust becomes crispy. Inside, it remains soft, porous and airy. Very beautiful, fragrant and tasty cookies!

I really wanted to make these chocolate chip cookies. I've been paying attention to it for a long time! Our family loves chocolate cakes. I chose this recipe because it seemed to me the fastest and easiest. I prepared it according to the recipe. I was a little confused by two teaspoons of baking powder, but I didn’t argue with the author))) The only thing was that 50 grams of powdered sugar was too much for me to coat the cookies. You can take less. The cookies turned out very tasty, crispy on the outside, slightly soft on the inside, with a pronounced chocolate taste. However, when baking, my cookies increased greatly in size and became flat, rather than balls, like the author's. Perhaps more flour was needed? The dough was very sticky, but I was able to make balls just fine. Despite this, I really liked the cookies! Many thanks to the author for the recipe. I also want to try making these cookies using other recipes, a very interesting version of chocolate baking. Here is my photo report)))

The cookies are delicious, interesting, easy to prepare, but very sweet, in my opinion. Of course, it was just right for the children)))) I was afraid that they wouldn’t stop until they had emptied the entire plate))) I would like to ask the author whether the consistency of the dough will change if you reduce the amount of powdered sugar. By the way, powdered sugar I didn't have much, so I left it for deboning and replaced it with sugar in the dough. My oven is not very powerful, so I baked it a little longer (literally a few minutes).
