Leave the dough under a towel for about 30 minutes - it will get better.

    Now get to the minced meat. How to make minced meat for dumplings? Take chicken fillet, wash it, dry it and cut it into cubes. In general, you can make minced meat from any part of the chicken, but it is the fillet that makes the most dietary dumplings. You can also take ready-made minced chicken, but only if you are sure of the manufacturer - often purchased minced meat contains both bones and skin.

    Chop the peeled and washed onion. If you want, add a little more or less.

    The same situation applies to garlic. You can put it less, more or not at all. I love garlic in dumplings, so I peeled and cut the cloves into small pieces.

    Grind the meat in any way convenient for you - a meat grinder, a blender, a food processor, or you can simply chop it finely with a knife on a board. I used a shredder. Scroll the onions and garlic together with the meat.

Cook the dumplings over low heat for about 7 minutes after boiling; they should float to the surface. Do not cook a lot of pieces at once, they will stick together and become ugly. It is better to boil the dumplings in small portions.

    As soon as the dumplings float, remove them in a convenient way (colander, slotted spoon, etc.) and place them in a bowl. This time I flavored them with softened butter. You can also serve them with sour cream or any other sauce to your taste.

Such dumplings turn out to be more dietary than those made with pork. I suggest frying them in a frying pan in an omelet. Interesting option.

I made homemade dumplings with chicken. My minced chicken is purchased, but tested and of good quality. Added onion, garlic, salt and black pepper chopped in a blender. I kneaded the dough (the proportions of the ingredients were chosen well, the dough turned out elastic, moderately dense, pleasant to work with).
