    Before preparing this dish, we roast all the ingredients separately in a dry frying pan. Let's start with brown (unhusked) basmati rice. Pour into a dry frying pan and heat. It is important that the rice is unpeeled, then we get all the vitamins and fiber that are located in the grain shell. White rice no longer has all this. Until such a golden color

    Now you need to heat the round sweet rice in the same way. This is a very special type of rice. It has a pronounced sweetish taste and contains more protein than other varieties, which is why it is so sticky. This type of rice is very beneficial for muscles, including the heart muscle. As soon as the rice turns golden, it is ready.

    In the same way, heat the sesame seeds, stirring, until golden brown. We do this all separately because both rice and sesame require different calcination times. With sesame it works very quickly.

    Now we will mix everything in a blender bowl and turn it into powder.

    Here we learned the basis for porridge. It can be stored in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator for more than a month.

    And to prepare the porridge, we take 3 tablespoons of the resulting mixture - pour it into a saucepan, pour a glass of water and put it on gas. I always add seaweed - after all, this dish is medicinal and we need vitamins and minerals, and seaweed is just the source where there is an abundance of them. And some Himalayan salt. Cover with a lid and cook on very low heat for about an hour.

    You can add a little maple syrup, rice or regular honey to the finished porridge.

The preparation time for the porridge itself from the ready-made mixture is 3-5 minutes. If you want to make the porridge thicker, just increase the cooking time)

I really need energy! And then I came across your recipe, as if ordered! Magic! I have wakame seaweed, I bought it for cooking legumes, I found out that they help absorb legume protein, but you only need a pinch of it, do you think it will be suitable for your energy drink)))Thank you
