How to make gravy with onions, carrots and tomato paste? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions are approximate - some can be increased or decreased a little.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the onion. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the chopped onion in the pan and fry it for a minute. During this time, the onion will become more transparent and softer.
STEP 3

Peel the carrots and rinse. Then grate it. Add grated carrots to the pan with the onions. Stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes with onions.
STEP 4

At this time, finely chop the bell pepper.
STEP 5

Place the bell peppers in the pan with the onions and carrots. Stir.
STEP 6

Mix flour and water separately so that there are no lumps. Then stir in the tomato paste.
STEP 7

Pour the resulting sauce over the vegetables in the pan. Add salt and spices to taste. For spice, I add a little ground pepper and dried herbs.

You can change the amount of water to your liking. If you want more gravy, add a little more water. Bring everything to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer everything together for 5-7 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
