Using this recipe, I prepared a simply amazing onion, carrot and tomato paste gravy! Ordinary ingredients make a very tasty dish. My children don’t like bell peppers after heat treatment, but they ate the meat with this gravy with pleasure. After frying the onions, carrots and peppers, I poured a mixture of tomato paste, water and flour over the vegetables. The proportions are perfect! Very quickly the gravy began to thicken.
