The finished tomato sauce with pork meat and flour is very aromatic, and due to the added flour it is also pleasantly thick. Place the buckwheat on plates, spread the gravy on top and serve the buckwheat with the gravy to the table. Bon appetit!

For dinner I prepared gravy for buckwheat with meat. I liked the recipe for its simplicity and availability of ingredients. It all took about 40 minutes. I started by frying the meat, then added the onions. At this time, I washed and boiled the buckwheat. In 20 minutes over low heat, the cereal was completely cooked and absorbed all the water. The gravy was simmered until the meat was cooked. The addition of flour made it very attractive in consistency, velvety, enveloping. You just need to stir the gravy periodically, otherwise the flour may stick to the bottom. Regular buckwheat combined with bright tomato sauce turned out much more interesting and tastier! Thanks to the author for the recipe! I recommend!

I used chicken breast instead of pork and it turned out very juicy! I think this recipe is unique, since you can cook it with any type of meat, only the cooking time will differ. The gravy turns out to be very aromatic and thick, perfect for buckwheat!
