I wanted to bake yeast-free bread, my choice fell on gluten-free bread recipe without yeast in the oven. I mixed rice and corn flour in equal proportions, and added a little more buckwheat, since I love buckwheat in any form 😊. When the dough was formed, I sprinkled the bread with sunflower seeds 😉. The bread stayed in the oven for almost an hour; when I took it out of the oven, I covered the bread with a towel so that the dough would rise properly and be well baked. As the author of the recipe noted, it’s tastier to serve this bread with butter, which is what I did, and I used basil for decoration :) Bon Appetit everyone!

Hello! Have you had any experience making this bread without buckwheat flour? I tried to make it without buckwheat, the dough turned out much thinner with 300 ml of water, and the result was consistent, a dense damp mass inside, a crust on the outside. So I think that’s not right?
