Galette with cherry plum

Wonderful baked goods with the taste and aroma of summer. I’ve been wanting to bake a sweet biscuit for three years now. And finally, I found the time, and most importantly, an interesting filling for it. With cherry plum, the galette turns out simply incredible. Slightly sour filling, sweetish crumbly shortbread dough - a real discovery of this summer.
