  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry sausages in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Any sausages are suitable for frying - milk, Viennese, children's, etc. First remove the sausages from the general packaging (if they were sold that way), remove the film from them.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

You can simply place the sausages in a frying pan heated with oil and fry them, but you can decorate them beautifully before frying. I will show you three options for preparing sausages for frying. Option No. 1: after frying, you will get small flowers on the plate. To do this, cut a standard sausage into 4 - 5 pieces 1.5 - 2 cm thick. Make cuts on one side with a sharp knife, not reaching the end, dividing the sausage into six segments.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Option No. 2: these ready-made sausages are called candies, but to me they look more like bones. For this option, cut the sausage into two parts. Using a sharp knife, make two cuts on each side of the sausage half, as in the photo, 1 - 1.5 cm deep.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Option No. 3: here the sausages remain whole, but after frying the cuts open up and the result is also original. Take a whole sausage, use a sharp knife to make shallow cuts diagonally, the number of cuts you can make is at least 4, at least 7 - experiment. You can make cross cuts along the diagonal of the entire sausage or transverse cuts reaching almost to the end of the other side.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it. Place prepared sausages. Fry until golden brown on all sides. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read the article at the end of the recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

In frying sausages prepared in this way, all the cut parts open up and the finished dish looks very interesting. Such beautiful and tasty fried sausages can be served for breakfast, or you can please your children with dinner by adding pasta or any other side dish.

I read the comments and also wanted to make such beauty. It seems like just sausages, but you can boil them, or you can slice them beautifully, fry them and you’ll get a masterpiece) I often make the “candy” method for children for breakfast, I just boil it, so I already know the result. For experiments, I took high-quality turkey sausages for children, they are very tasty and not very harmful. To make the “flowers,” I cut the sausage into four parts, only I cut it into eight segments rather than six. The flowers opened without any problems. It also depends on the sausages themselves; they react differently to cuts. But I not only cut the kiss diagonally, but also went in the opposite direction) When frying, it turned out something like a Christmas tree cone. It’s interesting to watch how the flowers open in the frying pan from the heat. Fried sausages not only look beautiful and appetizing, but they are also much tastier than boiled ones. Thank you for telling us about such beauty)

After frying, I don’t get small flowers on the plate. The girl in the recipe does not write how to “... cut a standard sausage into 4 - 5 pieces 1-5 - 2 cm thick.” I only guessed from the photo. I also don't quite understand how she made the "...cuts, dividing the sausage into six segments." I got 4.

Young children especially love the carvings on their sausages. You can carve a name on one of the sausages so that you can see who is on the plate.
