I cooked the fried pies like a feather. I kneaded the dough in accordance with the author's recipe, the proportions were chosen exactly, at the beginning of kneading the dough seemed sticky, but I did not add flour so as not to clog and compact the dough, and with further kneading the dough began to come off both from the bowl and from the hands and formed into smooth bun, soft and pliable. I also prepared the filling from cabbage and carrots (I added another half of a finely chopped onion of my own). The pies turn out soft, fluffy, and delicious. I baked them yesterday, today there were still a few left, they don’t go stale, they remain just as fluffy and tender. Thanks for the recipe, Julia M!
