STEP 1

How to fry mushrooms with cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose the freshest champignons. Choose cheese according to your taste. Its aftertaste largely determines the taste of the finished dish. Cream can be of any fat content. The higher the fat content of the cream, the creamier the sauce will taste. The bay leaf is only needed for flavor. You don't have to add it.
STEP 2

Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in running water to remove any dirt and dry them with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Then cut the mushrooms into slices. There is no need to chop very finely, as they will shrink in size during cooking.
STEP 3

Heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. If desired, you can replace it with butter. Place the chopped mushrooms in the pan and fry them for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 4

During frying, the mushrooms will decrease in size and juice will appear, which will gradually evaporate.

Pour cream over the mushrooms and add salt and spices to taste. Add bay leaf. Bring everything to a boil and simmer everything together for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the bay leaf, otherwise it will kill the aroma of the mushrooms themselves.

Grate the cheese using a grater.

Gradually add grated cheese to the mushrooms. If you put all the cheese at once, it will become one big lump. So scatter a small handful over the mushrooms and stir. Then another handful and mix.
