STEP 1

Rinse the mushrooms well and let the water drain.

Add butter to the roast.

If there is not enough oil, then melt more butter in a frying pan and pour boiling oil into the mushrooms - the oil will hiss and bubble. Let the workpiece cool.
STEP 8
Cover the chanterelles fried for the winter with lids. Fried chanterelles should be stored in the refrigerator, taking into account the shelf life of the ghee. Fried chanterelles are often stored frozen. In this case, there is no need to add oil - just pack the fried chanterelles into molds or freezer bags and place them in the freezer.
