STEP 1
How to bake a pie with fresh peaches in the oven? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces. My peaches were small, I took 5 pieces. You can adjust the amount of fruit at your discretion. The butter should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance.
STEP 2
Wash the peaches, dry them, and remove the pits. Cut the pulp into slices. If you wish, you can cut the peaches into small pieces and stir into the dough.
STEP 3
Beat soft butter with a mixer with sugar, vanillin and salt until fluffy.
STEP 4
Add the eggs one at a time, beating each time. The result should be a fluffy, homogeneous mixture.
STEP 5
Add sour cream and beat again.
STEP 6
Add the flour sifted with baking powder in parts and beat with a mixer until smooth. You should get a soft fluffy thick dough. STEP 7
Line a baking pan with parchment, grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Place the dough in the mold and smooth it out. My mold diameter is 26 cm, so the pie turned out to be low. If you need a tall cake, take a mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm.
STEP 8
Place sliced peaches on the dough and lightly press into the dough. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 35-40 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. To do this, stick it into the middle of the pie and immediately take it out - if it is dry, then the pie is ready.
STEP 9
Place the finished peach pie on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve. Bon appetit!
