Fresh cabbage soup with meat, nettles and tomatoes
A huge supply of vitamins in one serving for each family member. These deliciously appetizing summer cabbage soup contain so many vitamins and nutrients that you can literally scoop it up with a spoon. I found this culinary recipe for a light, but at the same time satisfying soup in one wonderful magazine, when the whole family was relaxing at the dacha. Actually, as they say, I tried it right on the spot, fortunately I didn’t have to go far for nettles. We tore only the very tops, no more than 20 centimeters in length.

The soup is amazing and most importantly it’s not particularly high in calories!!! I’m glad that there is such a thing as a free cookbook!! I always get confused in recipes and lose notes!!! And I’m constantly online all day long! I turned on the right page and that’s it!!! millions of recipes in my own online book!!!! I cook cabbage soup and feed my family, which is ready (IMHO) to eat from morning to evening... I still need to take a photo and post it here as soon as possible!

The soup is really not very high in calories and is quite filling. With almost a standard set of ingredients, nettle adds its own “zest”. After the winter period, you can diversify your menu with soup with the addition of nettles.
