I baked potatoes with meat in French in the oven for a family dinner. I love these two-in-one casseroles. It’s easy to prepare, but it turns out a lot and is delicious! While the pork was defrosting, I worked on the potatoes. I cleaned it and cut it into thin slices with a sharp knife. The plates were washed and marinated in potato spices and sweet paprika. I cut the meat into slices and beat it with a hammer through cling film. Salted the pork and rubbed in pressed garlic. The aroma is already tantalizing). I took more potatoes, we usually don’t have enough. Therefore, I distributed it into two layers, and meat between them. Accordingly, I also took more cream. As recommended, the cheese was poured in a thick layer. And for decoration I placed thin slices of tomato on top. I baked it under foil because it turned out to be a thick layer. It took about two hours. In the end, we ended up with a huge, filling casserole! Tender, tasty, creamy! I made meat according to this recipe - it turned out very tasty. In principle, this is probably the most classic version of French meat. But as they say, everything ingenious is good, and everything culinary is simple. Without any sophistication or frills - simple, satisfying, tasty and affordable!!! True Mushrooms - ordinary champignons - can be a very tasty addition here!
