Cooking timeCooking time: 2 hr 25 mins
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare a solution for pouring egg molds from dry gelatin and water and leave it to swell for 10 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Prepare the filling for the jellied eggs: finely chop the ham, olives, bell peppers and herbs.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Mix the crushed ingredients.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

We finish preparing the gelatin. Add water or clear broth to the swollen gelatin, heat until it is completely dissolved, but do not boil.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

We take ordinary chicken eggs, make a hole in the bottom of each with a diameter of 1.5 cm, empty it (we use the whites and yolks for preparing other dishes), rinse thoroughly outside and inside. Dry it. You can collect the shells in advance.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fill the prepared egg molds, without compacting, with a mixture of ham, olives, peppers, and herbs to 1/2 of the volume, add corn and tomatoes to the top. We install them in a container.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Using a spoon or a funnel, carefully pour the prepared, still warm gelatin into each egg mold and place in the refrigerator to harden for at least 2 hours.

  8. STEP 8

After 2-3 hours, take it out of the refrigerator, peel it and place it in a dish on lettuce leaves or some other greenery.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

We serve our magical dish with horseradish or mustard. This unusual delicacy will be a wonderful decoration for the Easter meal. Bon appetit.
