    STEP 1

How to make homemade egg liqueur? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Choose high-quality, proven condensed milk. Without vegetable fats and food additives. The composition should contain only two ingredients: milk and sugar. The quality of the condensed milk will ultimately determine the taste and quality of the finished dish.

  2. STEP 2

Place the yolks in a saucepan. Add regular and vanilla sugar to the yolks and stir. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanillin. Read how to do this correctly in a separate article at the link after the recipe.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour condensed milk and cognac into the pan. Mix everything until smooth.

  4. STEP 4

I love homemade alcoholic drinks; in my opinion, they can really be called delicious. This time I made egg liqueur. Prepared for 6 servings. I used homemade condensed milk and yolks from C2 category eggs. In a water bath, the liqueur thickened for me at about 7 minutes. The taste of the liqueur is simply amazing - sweet, viscous. The taste of cognac is noticeable, but it is very pleasant. In general, I don’t like cognac, but I really liked its echoes in this liqueur. Maria, thank you very much for the recipe! I will definitely cook again.
