It’s better to make the dumplings smaller in size, otherwise for some reason they expand during cooking. It’s advisable to brush off the flour before putting it in the water, otherwise you’ll end up with a paste and the dumplings will also be sticky. It took 10-15 minutes to knead the dough. But this dough requires much more flour than 250 grams. And it took about 600 grams of raspberries.
