It was my son’s birthday and I asked him what special thing to cook for him. And what is a special dish for a teenager? Of course, dumplings))) In addition to chicken, appetizers and salads, I had to prepare dumplings. I found this option on the website and I immediately liked it. What’s unusual is that the dumplings are not boiled or fried, but something in between. First fried, then stewed. By the way, the dish is prepared quickly, which is convenient. And I also sprinkled cheese on top, absolutely beautiful. Sprinkled with chopped parsley and immediately served to the birthday boy. The dumplings turned out so delicious, much tastier than boiled ones. I also seasoned them with freshly ground pepper. The cheese stretches very appetizingly) My son is happy, and so am I. Nourishing, tasty, spicy!
