I really liked the dough for dumplings with eggs. It turned out soft and required dusting the table with flour when working, but at the same time it was elastic and stuck together well. A simple but very successful dough for dumplings with eggs. Easy to knead, very elastic and soft. And the dumplings made from it are very tasty. I definitely recommend it!
