Break the egg.
STEP 4

Add salt and vegetable oil.
STEP 5

Knead the batter.
STEP 6

Gradually adding the remaining flour, knead into a smooth elastic dough.
STEP 7

Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 8

Let the dough come to room temperature from the refrigerator - and you can make dumplings.

I really liked the dough for dumplings with eggs. It turned out soft and required dusting the table with flour when working, but at the same time it was elastic and stuck together well.
