Today I went to the site for the first time and tried to keep my personal cookbook. I thought it would be difficult, but everything turned out to be quite clear and accessible. I'll take note of this recipe as well.

Salting the lard took only 20 minutes! True, you will have to wait 25 days to try it, but it’s not scary. I'm sure the result will be excellent!!

Daria! Kate! So I salted the lard, I’m in a hurry with a photo report. The lard turned out soft, even the skin was tender! Salty taste, easy to cut, like butter. With a piece of white bread and an onion as a bite, you can experience inexplicable bliss, even a hundred grams of vodka on your chest and... no one goes anywhere anymore... When you try this dish, you involuntarily understand that the Ukrainian people know a lot about cooking. Thanks for the recipe!

I always end up with a tough one.. I don’t understand why. Maybe I'm choosing the wrong part?
