Doshirak ramen

Quick, simple, whipped up, delicious, finger licking good! Doshirak ramen is an example of how ordinary instant noodles can be refined and served as a full-fledged rich soup. A poached egg and hard cheese add satiety to it, and the taste becomes brighter due to green onions and hot pepper.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make ramen from doshirak with cheese? Prepare your food. Not only the original Doshirak, but also any other instant noodles are suitable as the basis of the soup - Chinese noodles. The taste of Doshirak does not matter, choose any one.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash and dry the green onions. Cut the onion into small pieces. Also cut some hot red pepper into rings. Add it to taste if you like it spicy.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the cheese into thin slices - it will be convenient to do this on a grater; it usually has a cheese cutter hole. Choose cheese with a bright, tart taste - it will make the soup more interesting.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place a saucepan with water over medium heat. Its quantity may vary, depending on how thick you want the soup. Bring the water to a boil. Throw dry noodles into it. And all the additives, if they are in your Doshirak. You don't have to add all this, but then add salt and season the finished noodles.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Boil the noodles for 3 minutes at a low simmer. Then carefully push the noodles apart and pour in the raw egg. Before doing this, wash it and beat it into a bowl.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Keep the soup on the fire for about another minute. The white will have to harden, but the yolk will remain runny.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour the cheese ramen into a bowl, carefully holding the egg. Place slices of cheese on top of the soup. Cut the egg so that the yolk flows into the broth. Add chopped onions and peppers. Serve the ramen to the table. Bon appetit!

I discovered a new recipe for soup thanks to the author of the website katushafin: Ramen from Doshirak. It was interesting to try not just noodles. The noodles I had were Big Bon. I boiled it, adding all the seasonings. Then I carefully added the egg without damaging the yolk. Cooked it for a while. I poured it into a plate, placed thin slices of cheese on top and sprinkled with chopped dill. I cut the egg so that the yolk flows out. I did everything strictly according to the recipe, except I didn’t add green onions and peppers (my son doesn’t like it). It turned out to be a tasty and satisfying soup! And it’s easy and quick to prepare! My son appreciated it! Thank you very much katushafin for the recipe and I recommend you try it 😊

I didn't know this could be done! I really want to try making it, but I’m not sure about hard cheese. Maybe melted is better?
