My husband's parents live in a village where they have their own farm. A week ago they gave us a couple of carcasses of domestic chickens. I think everyone understands that poultry is somewhat larger than the usual store-bought poultry. I prepared a lot of different foods from them, but there was breast (white meat) from one chicken left and I thought to cook something original from it. My choice fell on steamed cutlets, firstly, because we recently purchased a steamer and I wanted to try it, and, secondly, because I have long wanted to try this recipe. I’m sharing it with you - steamed chicken cutlets.

It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for the whole batch of cutlets, it turned out tasty and unusual due to the cheese, and, of course, healthy, because... The cutlets were steamed! thanks for the useful recipe
