    How to make dessert with mascarpone? Quite simple and fast. First, prepare all the ingredients. In general, the filling can be anything: you can use any fruits and berries, any jam, jam or confiture. You can replace mascarpone with any budget soft curd cream cheese without additives. It will be no less tasty with melted cream cheese. You can adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your taste depending on the sweetness of the jam.

    Cut the Savoyardi cookies in half or into smaller pieces depending on the size of your dish. Instead of savoiardi, you can use any cookies: biscuit, sugar, etc.

    Wash the berries and dry them. Cut the strawberries into slices.

    For dessert, I took blueberry jam with whole berries from my own preparations. You can use store-bought jam.

    In a bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until smooth. If the cream turns out to be too thick, you can dilute it a little with heavy cream or condensed milk. If you are not afraid to eat raw yolks, you can add 1-2 yolks from fresh eggs to the mascarpone. You will get a cream that is used in tiramisu.

    Place half of the cookies on the bottom of the bowls or cups. Top them with some of the jam. Spread some of the cream cheese over the jam. Top with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Repeat layers. I got 3 servings. You can put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that the cookies soften and the dessert itself cools. I served immediately because I like the cookies crispy.
