    Prepare all ingredients. Instead of agar, you can use gelatin, but you need to cook with it following the instructions on the package. It is better to take sour cream with a fat content of 20% or higher.

    Combine 350 grams of sour cream with sugar and agar-agar, whisk until smooth and bubbles appear. Place the sour cream mixture into glasses or bowls and place in the refrigerator for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Break the chocolate bar into pieces, add the remaining 50 grams of sour cream to the chocolate and melt on the stove until smooth.

    Place the chocolate mixture on top of the white mixture and lightly mix the layer. Decorate the top with a small amount of coconut flakes. I put the dessert in fairly large glasses, but I advise you to take smaller molds, literally just a few teaspoons, because the dessert is quite filling, but moderately sweet.

I made a dessert called bird's milk using agar-agar. I had 20% sour cream, put it in a deep bowl. Combine fine granulated sugar and agar powder in a bowl. I whipped the sour cream and slowly added the dry mixture. Having achieved the dissolution of the sugar, I spread the mixture into small bowls. I melted the chocolate in the microwave twice for 30 seconds each. I spread it on top of the sour cream and put it in the refrigerator overnight. The dessert turned out tender and delicious! Sour cream goes great with chocolate! The density of this dessert is not strong, it does not look like jelly. The consistency resembles a light mousse. A small amount of small agar grains formed in my dessert. But this in no way spoils the impression of this delicate dessert.
