Separate the eggs and pour the yolks into one bowl and the whites into another. Cover with film to keep them warm at room temperature. Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
STEP 3
Beat the butter in a mixer until soft, add sugar (150 g) and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add the yolks one at a time, beating for two minutes. Add vanilla extract and slowly add milk and flour. Whisk all this thoroughly at low speed until smooth. In a separate bowl from the mixer, begin to beat the egg whites, add the cream of tartar and the remaining sugar and beat until a dense white mass is obtained.
STEP 4
Carefully mix the dough with the whites. Take 12 metal or paper baking pans.
STEP 5
Metal ones must be lubricated with oil. And fill them evenly with dough. Bake for about 20 minutes until light brown at 120-150 SU (my molds are very small (diameter 2 cm))
STEP 6
Making the glaze. In a mixer, mix butter, milk or cream. Beat in the powdered sugar at low speed. Add milk and beat until smooth at high speed for about 5 minutes. At the same time, you can add food coloring to the glaze. Cover the baked goods with glaze using a spatula. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top
