BORSCH WITH CHICKEN will undoubtedly be tasty, and in general borscht is a very healthy dish, but I would exclude the bouillon cube, I think chicken meat is enough to feel the aroma and taste of the chicken, and this is how you get butter.

I love borscht very much, I cook it the same way, I just add beans, but I don’t use a cube, the chicken makes a good broth

Thank you so much for the recipe! The chicken soup was already boring, but I didn’t even know about the borscht - I always cooked it with beef. Tell me, can I replace the thigh with fillet? I usually take two large petelinsky fillets (1 package) in a large saucepan - will this be enough?
