STEP 1
How to very quickly and easily prepare juicy cutlets from mixed minced meat with beets and onions, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing aromatic meat cutlets with vegetables.
STEP 2
To prepare the cutlets, take a large bowl and place six hundred grams of mixed minced meat into it, then finely chop or grate one onion on a coarse grater and place it in the bowl with the minced meat.
STEP 3
Take a fine grater and grate one pre-peeled medium beet into a deep plate.
STEP 4
Place the finely grated beets in a bowl with the minced meat and onions.
STEP 5
Break and add one chicken egg to a common bowl.
STEP 6
Add salt, coriander, cumin, two cloves of pressed garlic and a mixture of ground black and red peppers to taste to a common bowl.
STEP 7
Mix all ingredients very well in a bowl.
STEP 8
Take the required amount of cooked minced meat and beat it in your hands, then form cutlets of the required size.
STEP 9
Roll the formed cutlets in breadcrumbs, which you mix with wheat flour to taste.
STEP 10
Take a suitable frying pan, preferably with a thick bottom, and place it on the stove, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it, then place breaded cutlets in it and fry on one side for about five minutes at medium stove temperature.
STEP 11
Turn the cutlets fried on one side in the frying pan, then cover it with a lid and continue frying the cutlets on the second side for ten minutes until fully cooked at the lowest temperature on the stove.
STEP 12
