I prepared the cutlets quickly enough. A pressure cooker helped me with this, in which the cabbage was stewed under a tightly closed lid for 10 minutes. While this action was happening, I was preparing for the next steps: sautéing the onions, preparing the remaining ingredients. This dish took about 40-50 minutes of my time.
