STEP 2

Place butter, softened to room temperature, egg, powdered sugar and salt in a deep bowl. Stir until smooth.
STEP 3

Add sifted flour to the dough along with baking powder. Stir until smooth.
STEP 4

Roll the dough into a ball and cover with cling film. The dough is ready.
STEP 5

Let's start preparing the filling. Place cottage cheese, sour cream and yolk in a bowl. Mix.
STEP 6

Add sifted flour and mix again until smooth.
STEP 7

Roll out the dough into a sausage and divide into 6 equal parts (about 70 grams each piece).
STEP 8

Dust the work surface with flour and roll out each piece with a rolling pin, giving it an oval shape. Since the edges are not perfectly smooth, you can cut them with a regular kitchen knife or a knife with curly edges.
STEP 9

Place the finished oval on a baking sheet lined with parchment and add 1 tbsp of filling. to one side. Cover the filling with the free half of the dough and press lightly on the sides, but do not pinch.
STEP 10

Beat 1 yolk and 1 tbsp. milk and grease the juicers before baking to form a beautiful crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Cool the juices and you can serve! Bon appetit!
