Place one hundred and fifty grams of chocolate in a suitable bowl, place it on a pan of boiling water and melt the chocolate.

Pour four tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl with the cottage cheese.

Mix the chocolate in a bowl until smooth.
STEP 5

Place the silicone mold suitable for making cheesecakes in the freezer for two to three minutes.
STEP 6

Place five hundred grams of fresh and preferably full-fat cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
STEP 7

Place fifty grams of softened butter in a bowl.
STEP 8

Add one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl.
STEP 9

Pour fifty grams of powdered sugar into a bowl.
STEP 10

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

Grind all ingredients in a bowl with a blender until smooth.

We obtain a homogeneous curd mass for filling the cheesecakes.

Coat each cell in a silicone mold with chocolate and put it in the freezer for five minutes.

Apply a second layer of chocolate to each cell of the mold after five minutes and put it in the freezer for three minutes.

Fill a pastry bag with the prepared curd mass, then squeeze the required amount of curd into each cell of the mold.

Evenly level the curd mass in each cell.

Covering the curd mass, pour chocolate into each cell in the mold.

Using a brush, smooth the chocolate evenly into each cell of the mold.
