Cupcakes with kefir and vegetable oil

Delicious aromatic airy muffins are a great addition to tea. These are quick muffins and I make them quite often, because the ingredients for them are almost always on hand! The recipe is suitable for both small cupcakes in tins and large cupcakes. Try it!

I baked cupcakes with kefir and vegetable oil for evening tea today. I didn't have raisins, I added lemon zest. The cupcakes turned out tender, airy, and fragrant. I recommend this recipe, it’s one of those “one or two and you’re done” recipe. I thank the author for such a delicious addition to tea!

Wonderful recipe, for the first time I didn’t have a top on my cupcakes (usually they first rise and then fall and the top turns out flat), very tasty, thank you very much
