    In the meantime, move on to other products. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, salt and a pinch of vanillin. Instead of vanillin, you can take vanilla sugar, add a teaspoon of it. Salt is needed to balance and enrich the taste of the cake. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer at high speed until fluffy and light. Wash the eggs first with food grade detergent, as there may be harmful bacteria on the shells.

I really love cooking with a bread machine and always enjoy trying new recipes. This time I wanted to make a cake in a bread machine with raisins. I took the eggs of category C1. I used premium grade flour. My daughter doesn’t like raisins in baked goods, but my son does the opposite. Therefore, in order to please everyone, I added half the suggested amount of raisins. Additionally, I added about a teaspoon of lemon zest. I prepared the cake using the “Quick baking” mode. On my bread machine it works for 1 hour and 20 minutes. By the end of the mode, the cake was not baked, so I additionally turned on the “Bake” mode. In this mode, the cupcake was cooked for another 15 minutes. The cupcake turned out awesome, better than store-bought. It is dense, but very tender, moderately sweet, crumbly, but practically does not crumble when cut. The cupcake is fragrant and very tasty!
