When kneading the dough, it turned out that there was too much flour. Therefore, I diluted the dough with a teaspoon of sour cream. I advise you to add flour in small portions so as not to overdo it. Everyone's flour is different. I poured the chocolate dough into two ceramic molds, it came out about halfway. I decided to bake for 1.5 minutes, since the power of my microwave is 750 W. (not much). The cupcakes rose well. The crumb is very porous, soft and springy. I would add a little more cocoa, I just like it very chocolatey. But even in this version the cupcakes turned out very tasty! I had the perfect dessert! I added twice as much sugar and coconut flakes. Served with berries and whipped cream. Thank you for helping out when I needed to make a quick dessert! Now I will often cook a cupcake in a mug in a minute in the microwave!
