Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Melt the butter completely over low heat, skim off the foam. Let cool to room temperature.

Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer until the mass doubles.
STEP 3

Then add sour cream to the dough, mix with a mixer, then sprinkle slaked soda with lemon juice.
STEP 4

Add flour and knead the dough. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream
STEP 5

For the filling, grind the cottage cheese with sour cream with a fork. Then add bananas and mix. Next, pour the cupcakes into the molds according to the following algorithm: dough, filling, dough. Place in the multicooker for about 50 minutes (it all depends on its power, mine is 900 W).
STEP 6

And all your cupcakes are ready. If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
