STEP 1

How to make a creamy dessert without butter? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take cream with a fat content of 33%. You will need cream cheese without any flavorings. The cream and cheese should be cold, so remove them from the refrigerator immediately before preparing.
STEP 2

Crush the biscuit cookies or grind them in a blender. If you like uneven crumbs with small pieces of cookies, it is better to crumble them with your hands. For finely homogeneous crumbs you will need a blender.
STEP 3

Peel the orange. It is very important that the white soft layer between the orange and the peel is removed, because it is bitter and can ruin the taste of the dessert. Next, disassemble the orange into segments, removing the films between the segments and the seeds. You can use a knife and then you don’t need to divide into segments, just cut out the pulp from the films covering it.
STEP 4

Combine chilled cream cheese with cold cream and powdered sugar.
STEP 5

Beat the mass with a mixer at medium speed until medium fluffy. At first, the mixture will be liquid, but as you beat, provided that you have high-quality cream, the mass will slowly begin to thicken. There is no need to beat for too long. I beat for about 6 minutes. The cream turned out to be very delicate, not very thick (it doesn’t take a spoon), but not too runny (after the whisks there is a trace that does not linger).
STEP 6

Place 2-3 tbsp in bowls. l. butter cream. Sprinkle crushed cookies on top. Place orange slices on cookies. Spread a little more cream cheese cream on top. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 7

Before serving, garnish the creamy dessert with orange slices and mint. Bon appetit!
