From early childhood, the kitchen was my world, where the smell of fresh bread and the aromas of spices created an atmosphere of comfort. Every Sunday, helping my grandmother, I discovered the magic of gastronomy: from my grandmother’s potatoes to my mother’s magnificent borscht. Inspired by the traditions of different cuisines around the world, I realized how important it is to share this love with loved ones. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and that even the simplest dishes can bring a family together. Cooking for me is not just food, it is the art of creating memories and happiness.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland.
