Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Beat eggs with salt.
STEP 2

Add water or milk and water, mix well. Add flour in portions, stirring constantly.
STEP 3

Add herbs, oil, mix. The dough should be liquid; if necessary, add more water.
STEP 4

Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan without oil.
STEP 5

Place the finished pancakes on a plate and grease with a piece of butter.
STEP 6

Pancakes are ready! Best served hot. Bon appetit!

Today I have these pancakes (I didn’t stock up on kefir or milk, that’s the kind of housewife I am). I divided the water in half, mixed flour in one part, added boiling water to the other. I mixed in a little dill. But the pancakes turned out great!!! !
