  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese with gelatin and fruit? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take cottage cheese with 5-9% fat content. You can use any fruits and berries you like.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash and dry the peach, cherry and strawberry. Cut the peach into small pieces. Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits. You can cut each half into two more parts. Cut the strawberries into quarters.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

If the gelatin is powder, then pour it with milk and leave it to swell for 20 minutes. I used gelatin sheets, so I soaked it in water.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour milk into the saucepan, add condensed milk and vanilla and stir until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. If you are using powdered gelatin, place it in a saucepan and heat over low heat until completely dissolved. Then add condensed milk and vanillin and mix.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Squeeze out the leaf gelatin, add to hot milk and stir until smooth.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Combine the cottage cheese with the gelatin-vanilla mass and mix thoroughly until smooth. It is better to do this with a mixer. Then the mass will be more homogeneous.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add chopped fruit to the curd mixture.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Mix everything carefully with a spatula.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Place the curd mixture in silicone molds and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until completely set. You can put everything in one large form or put it in bowls.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Remove the finished cottage cheese dessert with gelatin from the mold and cut into portions. Bon appetit!

For me, too, the combination of cottage cheese with gelatin and fruit is my favorite. I really like preparing such desserts, especially since the ingredients are all healthy, and in tandem they also taste amazing. When I was getting ready to prepare dessert, I discovered that I had 300 g of cottage cheese. I decided not to reduce the portions, but to add 100 g of sour cream. I think this is a good replacement) Two spoons of condensed milk is enough for sweetness in my opinion. It turned out sweet, but not cloying. I had strawberries as a filler, and also decided to pick a few cherries. But they are just starting to sing, I still took a few pieces, I already want to eat cherries) But it’s not the season for peaches, so I added more strawberries. I didn’t manage to mix the curd mass with the fruit pieces, I was too carried away by the filling. Meanwhile, the mass began to gel. Therefore, I decided to put the berries in silicone molds and pour the jelly mixture on top. It turned out really great! The desserts froze quickly; by the way, there were 10 muffin tins. This is a very pleasant jelly, tasty, tender, with fresh berry notes. It is not rubbery, the consistency of a slightly dense soufflé. Great dessert, thank you!
