Cottage cheese with egg breakfast PP in 5 minutes

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese with egg for breakfast PP in 5 minutes? Prepare the necessary products. Cottage cheese can be taken with a fat content of 5-9%. The higher the fat content of the cottage cheese, the tastier and more nutritious the dish will be. The main thing is that the cottage cheese is fresh, non-acidic and not hard. Use eggs of at least C1 category.
STEP 2

Wash the raisins thoroughly and steam. How to steam raisins correctly? Pour hot water over the well-washed raisins and leave for 10-15 minutes. During this time it will become soft. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. You can take any dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes) or dried berries (cranberries, cherries).
STEP 3

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and flour. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. Add sugar to taste, taking into account the sweet taste of dried fruits. Instead of sugar, you can also use a sweetener that is not afraid of heat treatment.
STEP 4

Stir the curd mixture until smooth.
STEP 5

Add clean, dried raisins to the resulting mixture. If you use large dried fruits, first chop them finely with a knife.
STEP 6

Add water to a microwave-safe bowl to prevent the casserole from drying out while cooking.
STEP 7

Place the curd mixture in a bowl and smooth it out.
STEP 8

Place the cottage cheese and egg in the microwave. I baked breakfast at an oven power of 750 W. The cooking time will be 3 minutes. Keep in mind that microwaves do not operate the same way. Cooking time and recommended power may differ from those stated in the recipe. Read the instructions for your device and take into account the features of your specific equipment
STEP 9

The finished casserole will thicken. Remove the bowl from the microwave, using oven mitts to avoid getting burned.
STEP 10

Turn the bowl with the casserole onto a plate. Can be served either cooled or warm. Bon appetit!
