STEP 1

Preparing ingredients for pudding. Wash the apples.
STEP 2

First, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat it to a fine consistency with an immersion blender, mix with sugar and eggs, add vanillin.
STEP 3

Now we punch everything with a blender again. The mass becomes liquid like sour cream and tender, homogeneous.
STEP 4

Peel the apples, finely chop or grate them.
STEP 5

Add apples to the egg-curd mass and mix thoroughly.
STEP 6

Grease suitable molds with softened butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
STEP 7

Place the prepared mixture into the molds and place in the oven to bake at medium temperature (for me it is 180 degrees) and bake for 20 minutes.
STEP 8

Carefully remove the finished pudding from the molds.
STEP 9

Serve hot or cold with berries or jam, jam (I used apricot). It turned out so tasty and tender that you will lick your fingers!
