STEP 1
To prepare the snack, we will need the most inexpensive and simple products. A pack of low-fat cottage cheese, a package of imitation crab meat, cucumber, garlic and dill.
STEP 2
Grate the slightly thawed imitation crab meat on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Also on a coarse grater, here are three fresh cucumbers, which will give the appetizer not only a bright taste, but also color, as well as a refreshing juiciness.
STEP 4
Next, add grated garlic. Adjust the number of garlic cloves to your taste. But don’t forget that the appetizer should be spicy and garlic plays an important role here. We also add dill, I have frozen for now, but the aroma from it is amazing! This way our food will acquire not only a bright and rich taste, but will also fill the dish with vitamins so necessary for our body.
STEP 5
I use 5% fat cottage cheese, but you can use low-fat cottage cheese, it’s all at your discretion. At this stage, add salt and season with mayonnaise. Gently stir the pasty snack with a spoon.
STEP 6
We put the snack in a container and store it in the refrigerator. This snack once again confirms that healthy food can be very tasty!
STEP 7
The snack turns out to be universal! This is how quickly and easily you can serve it on sandwiches, like mine, on a wheat bun or on a piece of rye bread, whatever you like, the serving is exclusively homemade. This sandwich is no worse than sandwiches with cheese or sausage.
